The Student Representative Council bring ideas and suggestions for improvements to our school to each meeting. These ideas are discussed and voted on. Successful motions are then taken to the Principal, Mr Graham, for his approval before ideas are actioned.
The SRC also raise money for improvements around the school through school discoes. Previous purchases have been: new curtains for the hall, a television screen for the office, new Positive Playground equipment and a new mat for the library.
Students in Years 2-6 elect a classmate to be on the Student Representative Council (SRC) for the year. These students meet every Wednesday in 5H at first half of lunch. It is an excellent opportunity to display leadership and put forward ideas to help the school.
SRC representatives consist of the School Captains, Vice Captains, an elected member from each class from 2-6, Sporting House Captains and Sporting Vice Captains.
