On Thursday 16th May, Year 6 had the opportunity to go to Singleton High School for a 'Try High School' day. The students were placed in groups for the day and experienced some of the different subjects that high school has to offer. They learned about pets in Japanese, decorated cookies in Food Technology and made sherbet in Science.
Students were introduced to important staff members that they will be interacting with at Singleton High School, including the 2025 Year 7 Year Advisors and the Deputy Principal. They were shown around the school by Year 9 Peer Support students and were able to experience the photography dark room and industrial technology spaces. The students had a fantastic day and showed our school values of Respect, Responsibility and Excellence.
